The Focus is currently in waitlist mode. This page explains, with no fine print, what happens to your email when you sign up.

What we keep

• The email you entered.
• The date and time you signed up.
• The country the visit came from, detected automatically by the network. Your IP address is not stored.
• The website you came from, when your browser shares it (for example, instagram.com). This helps us see which promotion worked.

We do not ask for your name, phone number or any other data. We do not use tracking cookies.

What it is for

Only to let you know when The Focus opens to new podcasts. When someone signs up, our team receives an email notice with this same information so we can keep track of the list.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell or hand over the list. The data is stored with Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website, on servers in the United States.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete what we keep about you, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Just write to our contact email from the address you signed up with.
